Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
During new launches or sales, processing may extend by 1–3 business days due to high order volume.
Shipping Options & Timelines
India (Domestic): Standard shipping delivers in 3–7 business days after dispatch; expedited options may deliver in 1–3 business days where available. Timelines vary by pincode and carrier.
International: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Certain regions may be excluded or face extended timelines.
Delivery estimates exclude processing time and are not guaranteed; carrier or customs delays may occur beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, service, and order weight/volume. Free or promotional shipping may be offered periodically and will be indicated on-site.
International orders may incur customs duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees upon import; these are payable by the recipient and are not collected at checkout.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation with tracking details is emailed when the order ships. Tracking status may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier’s first scan.
If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not located, check with household members, building security/concierge, and neighbors, then contact the carrier with the tracking number.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Once an order is placed, edits may not be possible. For urgent corrections, email info@pravijewelsbyks.com immediately with the order number.
Undeliverable shipments due to address errors or failure to collect may be returned to sender; reshipment costs may apply.
Signature on Delivery
For higher-value jewelry orders, a signature on delivery may be required to reduce loss or theft risk. Availability varies by destination and carrier policy.
Packaging & Insurance
Jewelry is packaged securely with appropriate padding; select shipments may include insurance at our discretion based on order value and destination.
If additional insurance is desired, contact us before placing the order to explore options.
Risk of Loss & Title
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer when the order is handed to the carrier. Please file claims with the carrier for loss or damage in transit; we will assist with documentation when feasible.
Delivery timelines are estimates; Pravi By K.S. is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
Inspect the package upon delivery. If items are missing, incorrect, or damaged, email info@pravijewelsbyks.com within 48 hours with your order number, photos of the outer packaging, internal packing, and the item(s). Claims filed outside reasonable timeframes may limit available remedies.
For carrier-damaged parcels, retain all packaging and product until the claim is resolved.
Preorders & Made-to-Order
Preorder or made-to-order items ship on the estimated date shown on the product page. These dates are estimates and may shift due to production schedules. Orders with such items may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
Order Splits & Multi-Item Shipments
For multi-item orders, items may ship separately based on availability and warehouse location. Separate tracking will be provided where applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
Import duties, taxes, and fees are determined by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. Refusals due to duties/taxes may incur return shipping and handling fees deductible from any refund per our Refund Policy.
Out-of-Delivery-Area Limitations
Certain remote or restricted regions may have limited service or extended delivery windows; additional surcharges may apply per carrier rules.
